About two weeks ago, an invitation was sent out via skyphone to all of the sky people of Gaia- and a select few natives, too. It invited everyone to Lindblum, for a one year anniversary celebration of Garland's defeat. Such an event couldn't pass by without a celebration, after all. Yesterday, airships had been sent out to the far corners of the world to pick up everyone and bring them to Lindblum. Even the most reticent and party-hating of adventurers won't be able to avoid this. It is a worldwide celebration. Besides, it's best to celebrate with friends.

The Lindblum castle is covered in decorations for the occasion. Most are plain and themed for the upcoming winter, though for some reason, moogles feature rather prominently. Tables set around the ballroom are covered with snacks and foods, from snowmen to more moogles to- are those cookies shaped like Garland on a chobobo? ... Maybe it's best not to ask.

In the center of the ballroom is a clear space for dancing, and musicians sit off to the side and play for those who want to dance. To the side, there are tables for those who are looking for a simple conversation or who are taking time to eat. And, of course, for those who want to get away from everything for a while, there are always places in Lindblum to slip away to. But why would you want to do that, when everyone is here?

Many of Cecil's old 'war buddies' still presented something of an awkward situation for Ceodore, despite a good many of them being nearly his own age in the first place. Porom's beau, however, was not one of them. It's been over two years, but he's not forgotten that Percy (now that he's got a name to work with) never treated him like a child, and always took him seriously. It also helps that he's involved with Porom. If you can call their slow courtship involved. There might be some friendly teasing ahead, but for now, it's enough just to visit.

Two years, and Percy hasn't forgotten about Ceodore, either. Without a giant dragon routinely wiping his memory, he's rather good at keeping details in his mind. He doesn't exactly know or understand how the way he treats Ceodore is so novel to the boy, but he does enjoy interacting with him. For that reason, he nods to Ceodore when he approaches.

"It has. Have you fared well?"

Naturally. He won't even mind much if you tell him that.

"Very well. It's been a good year." Gotten married, have a baby on the way. Yes, this year's been very good for him. "You?"

"Well. Mysidia has prospered." What, did Ceodore want a relationship update? It'd be easier to ask the people of Mysidia, they're more likely to talk about it than the Warrior is.

Of course he wanted a relationship update; Ceodore is his father's son after all. "Glad to hear it. We should make a trip to visit sometime soon, as long as Ursula feels up to it." He folds his arms over his chest and starts prodding for what he wants to know. "And how's Porom?"
